Many fans like these, I'm sure, are hoping
Dale Earnhardt, Jr does well in California this weekend. I took this photo last Spring at Martinsville Speedway, just before the race started, when many walked a portion of the track along the pit wall, while pre–race inspections were underway. Nice thing about Martinsville. For ten bucks, they let a limited number of fans walk the home stretch of the track, getting up very close to lots of interesting activities.
